What is Kooki?

Kooki (KOOKI Kompact AI Kiosk by Storyface) is a compact countertop AI photobooth, 70 cm tall, 25 × 25 cm, weighing 3.6 kg. It turns a selfie into a portrait, prints it at 10×15 cm on the spot, then brings the photo to life as a video.

How does it work?

The visitor scans the QR code with a smartphone, takes a selfie, picks a style (caricature, artistic, glamour, postcard…), watches the AI draw the portrait on the screen, collects the print, then downloads the video where the photo comes alive. Nothing to install.

How much does Kooki cost?

€1,490 excl. VAT (€1,790 incl. VAT in France). The optional backlit display stand costs €650 excl. VAT (€780 incl. VAT). A 48-month financing plan of €39 excl. VAT a month is offered to businesses, subject to approval by the financing provider.

Can I pay in instalments?

Depending on your country and the amount, the checkout page offers Klarna, Alma or Billie. For businesses, a 48-month financing plan is described on the Financing page.

Emmanuel Ruiz, head of StoryFace.

In the 2000s, Emmanuel Ruiz designed the DJ Console with Hercules: the console that lets you scratch MP3s the way you scratch vinyl.

Years of software development and start-up building followed.
